The breakfast here is delicious, satisfying, including toast and fresh fruits, and the location is excellent.

My room with 2 bedrooms and complimentary drinks, as for instance was good-sized, had good night's sleep. The atmosphere created was family. Location: the hotel was close to the historical center, the beautiful garden with a lot of flowers, and many restaurants.

Local meals with cool drinks. Fantastic location in a very quiet area, near the river and rainy season, all the major attractions within the Old Town and many restaurants.

Beautiful place, very Nice design and everything is brandnew. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The old city is only a 5 minute walk away so is the sunday walking street which is really great. Would definately recommend to others! Well worth the money.

When you leave the room the electricity is being switched of as you take out your key, just a pity the refridgerator stops working then aswell. Other than that the 20 lodge is just great.

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff who were helpful with arranging transportation and recommending attractions, in addition to the convenient central location.

Excellent service. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Very nice furnished room. Everything is well-kept. Small but nice pool. Nice garden. Quiet street. Free wifi in room and surroundings. Extra computer in the reception free of charge. No breakfast buffet (only for drinks and fruit), you have to fill in a form with a couple of possibilities. Good quality. Italian coffeemachine.

The room we stayed in was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised with the free drinks, creating a welcoming and comfortable ambiance.

Location, nice staffs & value of money.

We found the 20 Lodge to be much to our liking for our week-long stay in the old city area of Chiang Mai. The small lush grounds are immaculately kept, complete with a small water feature including koi and pool. A beautiful first impression. Check in was fast and efficient, but left us with tourist questions of restaurant recommendations, wifi access etc not easy to obtain, perhaps due to a limited ability to speak english. The accommodations are modern Thai chic, and the deluxe room we had was very spacious for 2 people, complete with a leather sofa, flat screen TV and mini-fridge. Coffee and bottled water were available in the room as well as amenities such as robes, slippers, toiletries, including toothbrushes. Cleaning services were provided daily and usually when we stepped out to enjoy their breakfast that was included in the price. And what a breakfast! It could be taken in the garden area reserved for this or by the pool, with a complete array of western dishes, including made-to-order omelets and asian fare as well. The fresh fruit, yogourt and cereals offset the heavier items. But it is the coffee that will remain our favourite of any we tasted in Thailand. Freshly brewed Thai espresso (à volonté) was the perfect start to our day. What made this hotel the most memorable for us, was the special help we received from the Manager when we needed to seek medical attention. He helped us with calls to our insurance provider and even drove us to the hospital in his personal vehicle. That went a long way to allay our concerns. We definitely recommend the 20 Lodge for couples and based on the other guest comments for families as well.

Conveniently located in the heart of everything - just a short stroll to taxis, attractions, bars, and shops. Tucked away in a quiet alley where you can escape the hustle and bustle. 🌟

Service lacking, nicest person working there was the after hours security guard that didn't even speak English.

Hotel staff was helpful, always with a smile in their faces, which we apreciated so much after some bad experiences in Bangkok. We didn't use the gym, but it seems great :) The swimming pool place in the garden was lovely, and breakfast was good enough.

It may be a courtain in the shower, just to not have all the bathroom wet
